Friday 22 November saw the return of our Annual Wine Auction at Sydney’s Q Station.
With wines stretching from Australia and New Zealand to France and Chile, the night was assured of success. High interest and generous hearts meant that we sold all auction items, raising a great deal of funds for the ‘New School’ Project!
With Matt Kemp at the helm, the kitchen brought out delicious ‘Sala Bites’ to pair with the regional wine on offer. We were privileged to experience the work of our celebrity chef, who is a proud supporter of our association.
Greatest thanks must go to Chef Kemp and his team, as well as everyone in attendance. Through their efforts, and those of our auctioneers Mark Dorrell and Max Player, we raised in excess of $30,000.
We look forward to our next Wine Auction!
