As always thank you for your amazing contribution and support of Friends of Sala Baï. Thanks to our Annual Wine Auction and the tireless efforts of our Blue Mountains' friends, we have been able to fufill our annual pledge of USD $60,000, which plays an integral part in the operational costs of the school.
Here are some exciting upcoming projects to look forward to in 2017:
Brand New Accommodation for Students!
This year saw the opening of a brand new school for Sala Baï. Friends of Sala Baï was well represented by an extensive number of supporters who travelled all the way from Australia to Siem Reap for the official event. This year, led by Sala Baï's new director, we will be working hard to raise funds for new accommodation for students which will allow the school to expand to their goal of 150 students annually
Cambodian Journeys: An Exciting New Project!
At our Annual Wine Auction in November we hope to launch our new book Cambodian Journeys which we will use to raise more money for the school. Written by Helen Morgan-Harris and featuring photographs by Rod Andrewartha, Cambodian Journeys will be a beautiful window into the lives of students and staff at Sala Baï. If you are interested in helping to sponsor this project, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org or (02) 9437 0277.
